Welcome to AHN Club ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by The Affiliate Health Network. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform at ahnclub.com, our Shopify application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using AHN Club, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you register as a brand or affiliate, we collect:

- Name and email address

- Account password (stored encrypted — we never see your plain-text password)

- Social media profile links (optional, provided during onboarding)

- Tax information (W-9 forms collected via DocuSign for U.S.-based affiliates)

- Payment details for affiliate payouts, processed by Stripe Connect or Wise — we do not store full payment credentials

- Business information (brand name, Shopify store URL, commission preferences)

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect:

- Device type, browser type, and operating system

- IP address and approximate location (country/region)

- Pages visited, clicks, and time spent on the platform

- Referral source (how you arrived at our site)

- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

C. Information from Shopify (for Brand Accounts)

When you connect a Shopify store to AHN Club, we receive:

- Order data (order ID, amount, line items, customer region — not full customer PII)

- Product data (product IDs, names, prices for commission configuration)

- Store-level data (shop domain, currency, timezone)

- Webhook events (order created, order paid, order refunded)

We access only the Shopify data necessary to calculate affiliate commissions and track performance. We do not access or store your customers' full personal information.

D. Information from Affiliate Activity

For affiliates promoting brands within the network, we collect:

- Tracking link clicks (anonymized — no personal customer data)

- Conversion events linked to affiliate tracking links

- Commission amounts and payout history

- Email send performance (if using the Email AI Assistant feature)

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

- Create and manage your account (brand or affiliate)

- Track affiliate clicks, conversions, and commissions in real time

- Calculate and process affiliate payouts

- Display performance dashboards and analytics

- Send transactional emails (account verification, payout notifications, performance reports) via Resend

- Generate AI-powered alerts and performance insights using OpenAI GPT-4o

- Collect and store W-9 forms via DocuSign for tax compliance

- Prevent fraud and ensure platform integrity

- Respond to your support inquiries

- Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

A. Within the AHN Club Network

- Brand managers can see affiliate names, email addresses, performance metrics, and W-9 status for affiliates in their network.

- Affiliates can see brand names, offers, commission rates, and their own performance data.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third parties who help us operate the Service:

- Shopify — to connect your store and sync order data. (shopify.com/legal/privacy)

- Stripe Connect — to process affiliate payouts for U.S.-based affiliates. (stripe.com/privacy)

- Wise — to process international affiliate payouts. (wise.com/us/legal/privacy-policy)

- DocuSign — to collect and store W-9 e-signatures. (docusign.com/company/privacy-policy)

- OpenAI — to power AI Alerts and AI Good News features. Affiliate performance data is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. (openai.com/policies/privacy-policy)

- Resend — to send transactional emails. (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AHN Club, our users, or the public.

D. Business Transfers

If AHN Club is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you prior to any such transfer.

4. DATA RETENTION

- Account data — retained for the life of your account plus 3 years after deletion

- Payout records and W-9 forms — retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law

- Order and commission data — retained for 5 years

- Analytics and click data — retained for 2 years

You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 7). We will delete personal data not required by law within 30 days of your request.

5. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

- Encrypted passwords (we never store plain-text passwords)

- HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Service

- Access controls — only authorized team members can access production data

- Secure cloud infrastructure

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

- Keep you logged in to your account (session cookies)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or behavioral retargeting.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

- Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

- Request your data in a machine-readable format

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

AHN Club is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via email or a notice within the app.
